**Position Summary**
- Responsible of planning and managing plant financial resources, providing decision-making information to guarantee and optimize financial performance and competitiveness, ensure the accuracy and reliability of the site's financial information in accordance with group and division policies. _
**Your Role**
- _Financial analysis, planning and reporting (Month result, Weekly Financial Flash, Monthly Forecast, Budget). _
- _Responsible for complete costing process. _
- _KPIs development, monitoring, and control. _
- _Operational and financial internal controls, development, monitoring, and control. _
- _Investment projects process control - CAPEX. _
- _Coordinate & supervise Month end Close Process. _
- _Responsible of the technical development plan career of people on his charge _
**Your Background**
- _Bachelor’s in accounting, finance or similar area. _
- _More than 5 years of experience in the position _
- _English Advanced level _
- _Highly skilled in accounting and financial processes. _
- _Budgeting & forecasting process. _
- _Cost accounting and costing process. _
- _Internal Control (Financial and operational). _
- _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. _
- _Deep knowledge of manufacturing and manufacturing cost analysis. _
