Automation Project Manager

**Primary Function: The development of processes and programs related to automation equipment and manufacturing goals**
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- The project management surrounding efforts related to the programming of robots
**Required Education**
- Bachelors degree in Engineer or Engineering related field.
- Masters degree is a plus.
**Required Experience**
- Familiar with the development process of non-standard automation equipment
- Proven knowledge of mechanical principles, mechanical structure, design of transmission mechanisms, pneumatic principles, and other related professional knowledge.
- Exposure to motion control software in the automation industry.
- Experienced in integrating automation programs with MES/SFC.
- Practical knowledge e in upper-level software development in the automation industry.
**Requires Skills/Licenses/Certifications**
- Working knowledge of Keyence or Omron smart cameras, mainstream brand PC-BASE industrial cameras such as Cognex, and commonly used lens/ light sources for 2D/3D visual project design and development.
- Project experience utilizing image processing software, VisionPro, Halcon, and other vision development libraries to complete vision inspection/positioning/measurement/recognition and other project requirements.
