**Your Mission**: Lead the local purchasing team with a sharp eye on market trends, cost-saving opportunities, and supplier performance. You’ll be the bridge between local execution and global vision.

Drive and coordinate purchasing activities tailored to the local market.
Monitor regional supplier landscapes and identify strategic opportunities.
Collaborate with global purchasing to implement cost-saving initiatives.
Launch and lead marketing and procurement actions adapted to regional specifics.

**Skills & Qualifications**

We’re looking for a talented professional who brings a strong mix of experience, education, and competencies to lead our local purchasing organization:
**Experience**:
Minimum of 8 years in purchasing roles, with 2-3 years in a leadership or strategic position.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or International Business.

**Languages**:
Advanced English proficiency - 80% conversational and written.

**Core Competencies**:
Negotiation - Strong ability to secure favorable terms and build lasting supplier relationships.
Strategic Thinking - Capable of aligning local actions with global purchasing goals.
Communication - Clear, effective, and collaborative across all levels.
