**Sales and Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain our client relationships, helping to find solutions to their complex needs.
- ** Your Key Responsibilities**: - Build out client's portfolio hierarchy(s) and fund manifests which can include UDF and commitment creation - Create templates to integrate new client's historical accounting data - Validate historical fund level market values, transactions, and returns against client's performance provider. Triage and remediate differences and be able to document and explain potential cause(s) of differences - Enter and modify liquidity terms based on client feedback - Communicate with clients to coordinate project deadlines and to answer questions they have on the onboarding process/deliverables - Assist in maintaining project management documentation to track exposure maintenance, manager communications, and project timeline - Assist in the creation of client fact sheets and other client specific documentation to prepare client for BAU service - Train new employees on data team processes - Work with our data engineering team to set up client accounting and exposure feeds from custodial banks - Coordinate with development and client solutions team to assist with client requests or platform bugs
