**We are searching for the best talent for Senior Scientist** to be in Ciudad Juarez, Mex.**
**Purpose**:
**You will be responsible for**:
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all federal, state and local laws/regulations and Johnson & Johnson Corporate procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Execute increasingly complex testing to support product release and environmental monitoring.
- Support product development, validations and test method transfer activities.
- Initiation and participation in Laboratory Investigations of non-compliant laboratory test results, as well as communication of stability and quality issues to management.
- Provide initial and final review of data generated by peers and contract laboratories.
- Support the Instrument Management Life Cycle Process.
- Support the Software Management Lifecycle Process.Collect and prepare laboratory records for evaluation following good documentation practices.
- Ensures compliance with local, State, Federal and company regulations, policies and procedures to act in compliance with the Safety, Health and Environmental department.
- Keep abreast of the latest in applicable laboratory techniques, advances and technology.
- Perform other related activities as assigned by management.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to the next level of management.
- For those who supervise or manage personnel, is responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources necessary to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State and Local company regulations, policies and procedures.o Performs other duties as assigned as required.
**Qualifications**
Qualifications and requirements**:
- Bachelor of Science degree is required. Master of Science or Ph.D. preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience with Bachelor of Science degree and progressively performing advanced tasks at the Scientist 2 level.
- 3+ years of experience with Master of Science degree and progressively advanced work at Scientist 2 level.
- Bilingual Spanish-English
- Ability to work independently and run tests with limited supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal organizational and communication skills.
- Must be able to interact well with peers and colleagues.
- Self-motivated.Thorough knowledge of research fundamentals.
- MATCP or LATCP certification preferred
