The Senior Technical Consultant includes the responsibilities of the Technical Consultant role (see Technical Consultant Job Description), as well as additional management responsibilities.
**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Mentoring fellow TCs*
- Global coordination of customers,
- Management of a customer group,
- May be functional m anager of TCs.
- Provide pre-Sales support, deployment and maintenance of products,
- Understand the customer’s technical requirements and identify the possible solutions, based on Thales’s product map,
- develop technical specifications to des cribe customer requirements,
- P rovide technical presentat ions and trainings to customers.
- P rovide Thales with market competition knowledge.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience in TC position(3 years minimum)*
- Experience with implementing new technologies (NFC, eUICC, etc.)*
- Strong expertise in complex technologies*
- Proven experience with customers in Gold or Silver segment.
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or related
