Tasks

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Analyze issues, find root causes and fix bugs to optimize the performance of our algorithms
- Perform customer requirements analysis and translate them into internal requirements, and implement them in the algorithm solution
- Customer communication to ensure product fully covers stakeholder needs
- Support the coordination of work packages within the sub team assigned, when needed

**Qualifications**:
**Basic Qualifications**:

- Fluent communication in English (TOEIC 900+)
- BS degree in related engineering field: Computer Science, Mechatronics, Physics, Mathematics, etc.
- 4+ year of relevant professional experience OR a M.S/Ph.D. degree in related fields and 2+ years of relevant experience (the position can be adapted for an experienced engineer which is not senior yet)
- Experience or interest in roles of value responsible or facilitator such as product owner, scrum master or similar
- Solid knowledge in C programming

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- M.S./Ph.D. degree in related engineering field: Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics.
- Strong knowledge of statistics, prediction, tracking and classification algorithms.
- Knowledge or experience about radars or other perception sensors
- Good skills in problem solving and math.
- Dev ops knowledge (CI, Jenkins, AWS, etc.)
- Self-motivated, with an ability to work within a team
