Manufacturing Production Planning & Control work focuses on managing production to optimize the use of resources and meet production plan and standards including:

- Handle with supervision, tasks are assigned with explanation
- Problems faced are difficult but typically not sophisticated.
- May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices

**Core Responsibilities**:

- coordinating the plan production and the material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials
- Planning and adjusting balanced workload Among different buildings.
- Researching, evaluating, and recommending changes to production processes, systems, technology, or equipment to enhance organization's production capabilities.
- Generate and publish production performance metrics and forecasts showing risk to supply of fabricated components vs. demand.

Make a detail Final Pack and Pre-Pack production plan accommodated by day and by machine considering the machine capacity available, labor available, materials feasibility, pre-pack change overs allowed by day, maintain the pre-pack inventory in a balanced range, building pre-pack load in balance based on the routings available.
- Ensure the production plan is posted in SAP system and keep it updated
- Ensure the High Risk SKUs are planned according the security guidelines, in case to deviation inform to the partners involved
- Adjusts a production orders based on the latest changes driven by the materials feasibility process.
- Follow the Final pack plan accomplishment released in the prev. Week, in case of deviation request actions.
- Actively participate in LCI and IMS activities in the area

Plays an instrumental role in the key planning process of the Company, this position supports the stability of the daily operations and the availability of the Finished Good at the Distribution Center.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Proven experience in production planning processes including Inventory Analysis
- 1 years experience using a digital visualization tools such as Power BI or others.
- Experience working with SAP.
- Experience working with Excel.
- Experience in problem solving methodology

Core Responsibilities

- Planning and adjusting balanced workload. among different buildings.
