Senior Associate, Business Planning & Analysis
Location: Mexico City (Hybrid)

As a Senior Associate, Business Planning & Analysis supporting the Information Technology & Transformation and Continuous Improvement (ITCI) function, you will be trusted to deliver financial insights and enable strategic decision-making through accurate planning, forecasting, and analysis at our Mexico City office (hybrid).

IN THIS ROLE, A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE:

- Preparing detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and drive informed decision-making.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of financial data to uncover trends, identify risks, and seize business opportunities.
- Providing key financial insights to ITCI leaders, emphasizing cost management and variance explanations.
- Collaborating with accounting teams on accurate and timely month-end close activities including accruals, reclassifications, and intercompany transactions.
- Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess business unit performance.
- Supporting the design and execution of financial strategies to enhance profitability and mitigate financial risks.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Planning & Analysis (BPA)
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

Additional Qualifications:

- Experience supporting technology functions is a plus
- Familiarity with SAP Finance & Accounting is a plus
