**Responsabilidades**
- Responsable de crear el plan maestro de producción (máquinas y líneas).
- Dar seguimiento al plan de producción con el objetivo de cumplir los requerimientos de cada uno de los clientes.
- Validar y ajustar los Planes de Producción en caso de mantenimientos preventivos, producción de preseries, o implementación de mejoras, paros de línea y/o planta programados.
- Ajustar los planes de producción considerando los cambios de Ingeniería y los nuevos proyectos.
- Optimizar la planeación de producción basado en las capacidades de equipos, mano de obra y disponibilidad de materiales para cumplir con el requerimiento del cliente e inventario.
- Realizar emisión de KPI´s de planeación para revisión de cumplimientos de manera semanal/mensual.
- Participar con el equipo multidisciplinario para realizar los planes para las modificaciones requeridas en el proceso para aceptar cambios en volumen y mezcla.
- En conjunto con Ingenieria /tiempos y metodos identifican equipos los críticos desde la perspectiva de capacidad y cuellos de botella del proceso.
- Informar al planeador de materiales la materia prima, insumos y componentes necesarios para el cumplimiento del plan de producción (elaboración de MPS).
- Revisar el inventario de FG, WIP, materia prima, insumos y/o componentes disponibles para corridas de producción.
- Realizar reportes requeridos afines al área.
- Atender auditoria internas y externas.

**Escolaridad**:Ingeniería y/o afín

**Experiendia**: 2 años en Industria automotríz

Conocimiento de los procesos y métodos

Conocimiento de paquetería de office

**Idiomas**: Inglés intermedio / avanzado

Pay: $20,000.00 per month
