Your tasks
- Assisting in the design and implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing workflows and improve production efficiency.
- Conducting time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for process improvement.
- Assisting in the development and documentation of manufacturing work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participating in the analysis of production data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assisting in the evaluation and implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
- Supporting the troubleshooting and resolution of production issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Assisting in the implementation of quality control measures and conducting quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, such as lean manufacturing projects and Six Sigma activities.
- Assisting in the coordination of production schedules and material requirements to meet production targets and customer demands.
- Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Contributing to cost reduction initiatives by identifying opportunities for waste reduction and process optimization.
- Assisting in the implementation of safety protocols and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to support new product introductions and the scaling up of manufacturing processes.
- Documenting and reporting project progress, findings, and recommendations to the manufacturing engineering team.

**Profile**:

- Active student. Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering.
- Have universtity insurance
- Technical skills: Proficiency in CAD software (such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD) for creating and modifying engineering drawings. Familiarity with manufacturing software tools, such as ERP systems or process simulation software, is a plus. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles, including machining, assembly, and quality control.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and use statistical methods to identify trends and make informed decisions. Knowledge of tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or process improvement methodologies is beneficial.
- Problem-solving abilities: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify root causes of issues and propose effective solutions. Ability to work independently and take initiative when faced with challenges.
- Communication and teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, document procedures, and present findings. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to group projects.
