**Talent Management Sr Analyst**

**Main Purpose**

Responsible for the design and communication strategies for all Talent Management processes with scope LATAM, GGF & Corporate Provide solutions to tickets from requests through internal system.

**Responsibilities**
**Accountabilities**
- Develop communications, guidance, and system user guides for PMP, Assessments, myDevelopment, Org Health and other TM (Talent Management) processes
- Create materials for TM processes
- Answer employee / manager questions related to TM processes through myservices for all LATAM (HRs/ COE/ SDTs)
- Provide support in reports and troubleshooting for our TM processes
- Create resources for managers and employees (one pagers, manager Quick Guide and Conversation Guide, eLearning courses)
- Provide direction, guidance, and support TM processes
- Provides material support such as quick guides, videos, tik toks, infographics, stickers to increase participation in our TM processes such as leadership assessments and Org Health
- Provides support in design comms and quick guides for myDevelopment program
- Provides support in design comms and quick guides for our LATAM Mentoring program
- Handles our ¨TM Somos Uno¨ comms the official channel to communicate all TM processes to all LATAM employees
- Communication designs for our LATAM COE/ SDTs clients and for our GGF& Corporate TMs & HRs clients
- Creates analysis reports of the comms we launch through ¨Contact Monkey¨ platform to understand the clients behaviour and to improve. Also launches surveys for continuous improvement in our comms.

**Qualifications**
**Education/requirements**
- Bachelor Degree (Business, Design, HR, or related)
- 2 years of professional experience
- Knowledge in photoshop or other design programs such as Canva and Contact Monkey
- Fluent in English is a must
- Portugues is desirable
- Desirable functional knowledge for HR processes and HR Services
- Collaboration with mlticulture teams and vendors
- Analysis skills
- Excel intermidate
