- Our facility located in **Puebla, MX** is looking for a highly motivated **Quality Systems Engineer** to join our team
- The role of the **Quality Systems Engineer (QSE)** is responsible for leading the strategy, administration, and evolution of the Quality Management System to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of corporate standards (Quality Fundamentals), customer requirements, and the IATF 16949 standard.

What you'll do
- Ensure QMS compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirements.
- Plan and monitor internal/external audits (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, VDA).
- Report QMS efficiency monthly to Quality and Plant Managers.
- Define and manage quality planning, documentation, and process monitoring.
- Translate customer requirements into QMS language or escalate to Corporate.
- Conduct QMS training and maintain the intranet system.
- Manage document control, change history, and archived files.
- Update Local Documents List and Weekly Drill Program.
- Support Management Reviews and annual quality training.
- Maintain internal auditor list and training records.
- Participate in Quality Circles and Corporate reviews.
- Promote continuous improvement in safety, environment, and quality.
- Guide compliance with VDA, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 standards.
- Report equipment failures and cyberattack attempts per IT policy.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Trained as an Internal Auditor with knowledge of product and process audits
- Understanding of FMEA Requirements, ESD Requirements, and Product Safety Course (Liability)
- Experience in problem analysis and solving methodologies
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Analytical skills, results-oriented, ability to work in an operational and cross-functional environment.
