We are currently looking for a _**Junior Project Manager**_ to support the timely and correct attention to the requirements requested by the Executive Director with a high degree of quality and efficiency, as well as in the coordination and management of strategic projects in the Management area.

The PMP person will soak up investment issues to attract investment funds to grow a Startup in its first rounds.

You will work hand in hand with the Director of the company that expects to sell 10 million USD, as well as the monitoring of strategic projects for the growth of an E-commerce company with the Operations Area in conjunction with the COO & CAO.

**You are interested in the vacancy because**:

- You will manage E-commerce-oriented projects from start to finish, including the management of deadlines, procedures and resources, as well as their implementation, monitoring and measurement of results.
- You will report discrepancies in processes or procedures to the management team.
- You will maintain oral and written communication with the different departments of the organization.
- You will analyze and integrate the necessary information to support decision-making.
- You will generate and present project reports to the company's Board of Directors.
- You will work closely with our CFO organizing and planning the agenda for the timely logistics management of events and meetings, internal and external, face-to-face and online; As well as the logistics of travel, per diem, lodging and reservations
- You will manage the control and management of physical and electronic documents linked to the company's Management area.
- You will lead the meetings convened by the General Management of the company for the prioritization of strategic projects that allow compliance with billing.

- **Minimum requirements**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Business Management, Communication Sciences or related.
- Certification as PMP (it's a plus)
- 1+ year of experience in activities or similar verifiable position.
- Intermediate English.
- Excel basic - intermediate.
- Availability to travel.
- ESSENTIAL TO LIVE IN GUADALAJARA
