As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and culture. This role involves leading the recruitment team, optimizing hiring processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet current and future staffing needs. The ultimate objective is to build a diverse and skilled workforce that drives the organization’s success.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Leadership and Coordination:

- Supervise and lead the recruitment team at each plant, ensuring the effective implementation of talent acquisition strategies.
- Work closely with business leaders (Plant Managers, HR, Hiring Managers, etc.) to understand their current and future staffing needs for the development of recruitment strategies, team capacity, and alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Mentor and support the recruitment team in talent strategies, business decisions, and communication with Hiring Managers, as well as with HR and the business when necessary.
- Provide training for hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection.

2. Recruitment Strategy:

- Understanding recruitment trends, such as the growth of the plant market, to develop recruitment strategy plans. Recruitment Process Management.
- Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and meets established quality standards and timelines.
- Provide training for hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection.

4. Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:

- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies and processes.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the team's KPIs, implementing action plans for their achievement and effectiveness, as well as evaluating team capacity to maintain a balanced workload.
- Propose and implement improvements to optimize the talent acquisition process and reduce hiring times.
- Ensure DE&I within the recruitment process by promoting internal referral programs and recruitment campaigns necessary to meet the company's objectives.

5. Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with all local recruitment and hiring policies and regulations.
- Prepare periodic reports on recruitment status and present results to management.Participate in the company’s internal audits.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with all the areas like Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Services, Manufacturing, etc also with environments in LATAM.
- Experience in recruitment strategy projects and market trends such as DE&I.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment practices and labor laws in LATAM.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English advanced

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changes in the work environment and respond to the needs of different plants.

**TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED**
- 25% to visit the 4 plants in Mexico.
