**/ Responsibilities**- Project PMO Support Kick-Off & Overall Direction- Scope & Change Control- Project Governance & Meetings - Establish Ways Of Working (WOW) for the project team- Follow-up with open actions and ensure action items are completed on time.- Ensure to drive discussions, ask impartial questions, and anticipate and highlight potential impacts- Build and maintain project plans and timelines throughout project lifecycle.- Stakeholder Engagement & Decision Making- Understand the R&D organization, set of cross functional stakeholders, associated roles and responsibilities and ways of working- Risks, Issue & Dependency Management- Reporting & Tracking

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications / Requirements**- Ability to interpret technical information, escalate issues and seek alignment towards workable solutions- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite- 6 months to 1 year of experience in project management- Ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities and projects requiring a high degree of organizational and communication skills to ensure requests are delivered in a timely manner- Fluent in English- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering
