Job Description
**Responsibilities for IT Engineer**
Provide support to our internal customers including weekly on-call responsibilities
- Provide guidance and recommendations for system configuration and to resolve technical issues.
- Review and analyze system logs
- Work with stakeholders including the Digital Manufacturing, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues.
- Break down business rules, common-reusable artifacts and follow best programming and deployment practices.
Assist with updating technical literature and user guide documents.
- Interface with internal customers, participate in design session meetings, offer technical solutions, and serve as the MES IT primary contact for multiple RA plants.
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
- Create custom reports to satisfy end user requirements
**Qualifications for IT Engineer**
- Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment utilizing agile methodology
- Working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
Experience in Manufacturing environment.
- Experience with relational SQL databases, including MS SQL and Oracle.
- Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL language
- Knowledge of TSQL language
- Working knowledge of Java and JavaScript programing language
- Working knowledge of.Net technologies
