Coordinate the activities of Planning and Purchasing, and the assigned personnel. Take care of the continuous development of its people, integrity of systems and information, which allow an excellent performance of the team, establishing the necessary production programs, satisfying the needs of its clients, achieving the objectives of the company.

**JOB DUTIES:
- Supervise the activities of the Planners, and give direction as necessary.
- Develop in conjunction with the Planner, the Master Production Plan (MPS), as needed and support/validate the SIOP process.
- Follow-up on compliance with the plans, both production and shipments, as well as the assurance of material to achieve the production plans and reporting in advance to its superior level, cases of material shortages through the report of shorts and/or the dedicated team room.
- Ensure the reliability of the information in the corresponding systems.
- Lead stages of end of life and product introduction.
- Development of your people (training).
- Promote the execution of tasks in a safe and risk-free environment.
- Analyze the capacity of the manufacturing areas when the production plans require it and raise possible problems or restrictions when there are any.
- Lead ROE initiatives within your group
- Interact with the dept. of Engineering during the implementation of ECOs
- Monitor metrics to evaluate staff performance in accordance with department goals.
- Maintain the integrity of the ERP system information

**YOU MUST HAVE:
- Education: Professional career in engineering, administration or related.
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in areas of Purchasing and Planning, management of personnel under your responsibility.
- Knowledge: Supply chain, SAP
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, ability to work under pressure, MRP management, APICS desirable,
- Advanced English communication skills
