Senior Salesforce Developer
- Location: Mexico City (Hybrid)_

As a Senior Salesforce Developer supporting our dynamic team, you will be trusted to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions at México City.

In this role, a typical day will include:

- Designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensuring data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
- Participating in Agile development processes and contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure comprehensive solutions.
- Upholding code quality standards and Salesforce best practices.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II).
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
