RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5+ years of discipline experience with leadership function
- Manage development team and agile ceremony, delivering the agreed scope
- Lead the delivery and alignment with the client and all the different external stakeholders
- Oversee Epic and user stories related to US market
- Secure the evolution and transformation of the B2C business for US market

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Knowledge of Sitecore CMS
- Strong digital experience and exposure to the travel industry
- High Availability architecture competencies
- Jira, Confluence, BDD, Testing
- English B2+ or higher
- Very good experience with SDLC Models: Able to scale SDLC for larger projects, multiple parallel teams and deliverables
- Experience with ENGX: Able to consult customer's technical stakeholders on engineering excellence
- Agile Experience is a must
- Able to drive full planning cycle on a large-size project

NICE TO HAVE
- Sitecore CMS, API Manager (CA Layer 7), DTS (by IBS), plus some infrastructure components
- Sitecore CMS expertise or Adobe AEM
- Background in Adobe AEM, SAP or Salesforce
