We are recruiting an experienced IT Helpdesk to join to an IT support team across 40 offices worldwide

**Your new role**
Customer Service Support & Incident Management
- Work with a worldwide Helpdesk team to resolve incoming queries, user software and hardware issues.
- Escalate advanced and complex issues if not able to resolve.
- Share common resolutions with other team members.
- Assists in the implementation of IT related change and user adoption within the region.

IT Service Delivery & Asset Administration
- Administration of the IT Asset and Licensing Registers.
- Issue IT hardware, software and equipment to users under the guidelines of the IT policy.
- Administer the induction and familiarisation training sessions for new employees.
- Deliver training sessions for users on IT services, software and hardware.
- Log and resolve requests for change.
- Actively participate in IT projects and solutions worldwide.
- Maintain knowledge base articles and user guides.

Systems Administration
- Onboarding and offboarding IT admin tasks
- Support newly launched systems and solutions.
- Administer the creation, suspension and deletion of all system access.
- Work with other market IT members to help support global IT solutions.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor’s level or equivalent experience.
- Minimum three years of IT service experience preferably within a multinational environment.
- ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
- Computer hardware and software, including products such as Microsoft Office 365 and Azure, Active Directory, Windows server, MacOS.
- Smartphones including Apple iPhone and Samsung Android
- Switches, routers, firewalls and VPN.
- Certifications (or close to achieving within the next 6 months) demonstrating ability to support Microsoft and Apple environments such as:

- MCSA Windows 10
- MCSE Desktop Infrastructure
