The Assistant Project Manager will be in charge of assisting on managing tasks, project management, team organization and provide support for studio director in production, scheduling and communication.

**DESCRIPTION**
- Manage projects of intermediate-high complexity, or greater depending on the team’s needs and PMs capabilities, according to the clients’ needs.
- Organize material and deadlines with in-house team & freelancers.
- Communicate production and planning to in-house team & freelancers according to the deadline set for each file/project.
- Compile and send clear instructions according to each clients’ requests.
- Receive and verify files according to the standards.
- Update internal trackers, including feedback for each freelancer based on their performance per project.
- Register all the necessary information depending on the workflow in different shared tools within departments.
- Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
- Be able to lead and coordinate with both in-house team and clients

- Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations.
- Ability to work under pressure.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Knowledge of administration tasks is highly desired.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent related to administration, languages, production or similar.
- At least 2 years of experience on a related position.

**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Computer savvy.
- Excel proficient.
