Your tasks
- Actively participate in the activities of the Environmental, Safety and Health Shared management system
- Comply with and enforce explicit or implicit policies, procedures, instructions or guidelines associated with ESH Management systems.
- Support in establishing the relationship between the plant, the company's objectives and the Shared strategy general with Shop Floor operations and the production management team.
- Ensure compliance and quality standards established by the company.
- Conduct regular Shop Floor meetings to communicate KPIs, set priorities, define support measures for employees.
- Ensures compliance with work instructions and processes. - Plan the Head Count to ensure compliance with productivity, and manage the availability of the personal.(Vacation, illness, training)
- Monitors the team's capacity to ensure daily production taking into account quality and costs. current situation of the orders.
- Manages implements improvements to optimize material flow, monitors and reports efficiency levels.
Promotes Quality First and the culture of improvement in the Shop Floor area, promotes the participation of employees in the continuous improvement process.
- Proactively manage lessons learned and best practices.
- Ensures the implementation of quality standards and applies quality methods to increase quality performance
- Implements and carries out improvement measures for the continuous reduction of manufacturing costs and process improvement.
- Applies the results of quality audits (internal and external) to optimize and ensure its implementation. performance.
- Tracks current status against defined objectives through the use of Key Performance Indicator KPI (Scrap, Productivity) Under consideration of budget or standards.
- Evaluate complex problems by detecting areas of responsibility (Goal Status, KPI deviations) and applies an escalation system until the problem is solved, presents and communicates the solution, adjusts the Standards are established if necessary.
**Profile**:
- Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar or having worked as a Supervisor or in similar positions at least 5 years.
- At least 3 years in the Automotive Industry ( Plastic injection experience will be a strong plus ).
- Experience supervising both trusted and unionized personnel, production management, meeting production, quality and safety standards.
- Experience in Problem Solving methodology (PDCA, FTA, 5 Why's, 8D's, Ishikawa Diagram, Gemba Walk, etc.)
- English skills will be desirable.
- Leadership and management with people.
- Team Work.
