Realizar la calibración a nível planta.
Mantener bitácoras de calibración de los instrumentos evaluados.
Mantener las condiciones adecuadas de almacenamiento y uso de estándares externos secundarios de calibración.
Coordinar actividades de calibración externa de instrumentos que no puedan ser calibrados internamente.
Responsable de embarque, envío y retorno de los mismos.
Apoyar en investigaciones de instrumentos fuera de calibración emitiendo opinión técnica de la causa de la falla relacionada aprocesos, así como el de ayudar a implementar las acciones correctivas y preventivas correspondientes y su despliegue através del mecanismo de acción correctiva y preventiva de la planta.
Apoyar al Supervisor/Ingeniero de Calibración cuando se requiera en el desarrollo de protocolos y reportes de calibración en
validaciones de métodos.
Mantener la lista maestra de calibración 100% exacta.
Completar todos los requisitos de entrenamiento de acuerdo con la Matriz de Capacitación y Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, entrenamientos identificados en las detecciones de necesidades de capacitación y asistir a todas las sesiones de entrenamiento cuando la participación sea requerida.
Competencias duras
Conocimientos en ISO 13485 & CFR's
Conocimiento en sistemas de calibración.
Conocimiento en mecánica y electrónica (Comprobable)
Conocimiento intermedio en sistemas neumáticos (Comprobable)
Conocimiento a nível intermedio en sistemas eléctricos
(Comprobable).
