**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

The R&D Adopt & Sustain (A&S) Associated Analyst role will be primarily focused on the Specification System Administration, Business Process and Training enablement for R&D priorities. The A&S team works across R&D to ensure alignment of R&D resources and investments to R&D’s strategic priorities.

**Your Impact**

As Master Files Sustain Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:

- ** Data Change Request Implementatio**

Deliver system and process training as needed
- Identify potential areas for process improvements and employee upskilling to make recommendations to R&D GBS Leadership for continuous capability development
- Leverage internal and external resources to develop or update existing ingredient, formula, and/or packaging specifications that are clear and accurately uploaded in SAP PLM Specification Management system for LATAM Sector
- Output enables 100% correct integration between SAP PLM and ERP with the required data quality for Ingredient, Formula, and/or Packaging specifications
- Executes data cleansing, enrichment and thus enables sustainability of LATAM’s digitization efforts: eg. Horizon, MRP, CAST/SAP, DMO/EDM.
- Maintain and foster relationships with in-market R&D teams and other GBS Spec Management teams
- Aligns supplier questionnaire from Solution Delivery, validates Specification’s quality parameters and edits/manages in-system Spec data fields
- Maintain data security according to internal and external auditable standards
- Upload all paperwork (re. Supplier Specs) and materials qualifications into SAP and track workflow
- Ensure all requests are processed, documented, and delivered within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Assess, respond, and escalate emerging business critical issues to avoid material supply shortages, outages and production delays

Qualifications:
**¿Who Are We Looking For?**
- ** Educational Experience**: Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with SAP
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Experience 1 years in CPG o equivalent.
- **
Desired**:

- Food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industry experience/database management (i.e., Oracle, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, Documentum, ProductVision).
- Project management experience (certification or on the job training).
- System/software implementation including User Acceptance Testing experience.
- Proficiency in Change Management.
- Proficiency in Visual Basic, SQL, Script writing and/or requirements gathering.
- Ability to collaborate with those where English is not a first language.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps.
- Working knowledge of Agile SAFe Methodology.
