Robot Programmer Debugging

A Robot Programmer should be responsible for setting up and configuring the welding robots according to manuals, providing technical guidance while ensuring to meet quality standards and the maintenance follow-up as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Configuration of the welding robot to weld the product according to the welding process instruction manual.
- Compile and maintain the welding program to optimize the weld quality.
- Make judgments according to the quality level of appearance and penetration after welding and adjust welding problems in time if there are any welding problems.
- Responsible for team management, technical guidance of welding robots, and maintenance follow-up after sudden damage.
- Optimize the welding effect throughout process analysis and standardization.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with the operation of ABB/Yaskawa welding robots and performing offline programming or online for on-site teaching procedures.
- More than 2 years of work experience in debugging welding robots
- Familiar with welding standard requirements and the welding process
- Capable of solving the equipment failure
- Office
- Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
