**Your role and responsibilities**

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification Services Division in Mexico.

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Ensuring line managers and field service engineers in the organization are understanding obligations, liabilities and requirements related to HSE.
- Ensuring appropriate tools and measures are in place and used effectively, at the same time reporting the HSE incidents.
- Reporting on HSE performance and progress with respect to the Group objectives.
- Drive behavioral change and ensuring HSE capabilities are optimized and aligned to standards and best practices. Responsible to develop and implement an HSE focused strategy and culture in the mid-long term.

**Qualifications for the role**
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental or similar.
- 5+ Years Experience in HSE in Electro-Mechanical Services environment (Experience in electrical safety processes preferred)
- Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, NOM 035
- Experience atending internal, government entities and 3rd party HSE related audits and legal compliance processes
- Advanced English
- Availability to travel 30% National / 5% International.
