**Operations Manager (Remote) - Only Growth-minded and Detail-oriented Managers** **Company**: Local Real Estate Leads (We are a team of 27. "Work Hard. Play Hard." Mentality) **Location**: Remote **Salary**: $1500/mo **Do You Have What It Takes?** We are not looking for average. We are building a team of professionals who take pride in their work. Our team is growing, and we are currently looking for an Operations Manager with excellent communication skills and an uncanny attention to detail to help us deliver results for our clients. If you are the type of person who holds themselves to very high standards and wants to work with other people who do the same, keep reading. Our agency is working with 1200+ active clients, delivering over 30,000+ leads each month. We generate the leads. You bring in the discipline and attention to detail to make sure our clients receive them and have a great experience (and to ensure that there are absolutely zero errors in the process). BTW, this is not a chill job. If you are looking for a chill remote job, this is not for you. We work with winners and expect the best from ourselves. You will learn and earn, but there is a lot of work to do. If you know you are great and want to work with other people who will lift you, then this is for you. **What You’ll Be Doing**: Leading our fulfillment team - With 30,000 leads a month, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of the leads to each of our clients. Leading our support team - You’ll meet with our back office regularly to ensure our clients are getting the support and attention they need. Weekly Report Delivery -Each week, you will be responsible for your team leads to complete their operations report. Work directly with our Director of Operations - To implement strategies and feedback. Run Payroll - You will be responsible for getting everyone paid accurately and on time (This is a big responsibility). Improve processes - You will be expected to proactively identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to them **Who We’re Looking For**: - **Full-time only**_ - This is NOT a side hustle. If you’re not willing to commit 100%, this isn’t for you. - **Coachable & hungry**_ - You’ll get all the training, tools, and support you need. But you must be coachable and execute relentlessly. - **Unbreakable work ethic**_ - We have a high-energy business. If you can’t handle a high volume of incoming messages each day, this isn’t the role for you. - **Attention to Details**_ - You love making sure your work is flawless. You take great pride in everything you do. - **Confident & Clear**_ - You are an excellent communicator.
