We're looking for a **Database Software Engineer** **Location: Mexico - remote** **Job Responsabilities** - **Exceptional knowledge and experience in relational database model**: - **Develop, implement and optimize DDL and DML queries, schemas, stored procedures, functions, triggers etc. in T-SQL query language**: - **Experience in developing indexes, troubleshoot performance issues and tune SQL databases for optimal performance**: - **Expertise in OLAP, OLTP, Data warehousing, Star and Snowflake schemas, and different set of best practices for each data model**: - **Experience in developing and deploying SSIS packages to perform mass data ETL operations**: - **Develop procedures and scripts for data migration**: - **Expertise in data modelling and data architecture**: - **Experience in data transformations of JSON and XML formats**: - **Excellent Process Documentation skills**: - **Experience in Azure DevOps or Github or similar with a shared code repository and version control**: - **Experience in implementing database security best practices**: - **Experience in preventing performance degradation through various maintenance tasks**: - **Analytical thinking and adept at problem solving**: - **Experience with cloud environments like AWS is a plus.** **What You Need to Have** - **15+ years' experience as a SQL Database Developer with ETL**: - **Excellent communication skills**: - **Suggest best practices to our approach, architecture and processes based on quality research and experience**: - **Great at working as part of a self-directed team, working seamlessly with your co-workers to deliver and incredible amount of high-quality work**: - **Experience with Agile/Scrum**: - **Must be able to work with autonomy** **What you can expect from us** At DigitalOnUs by techmahindra what distinguishes us from other teams is the comfortable environment which engenders trust within teams and with our customers.
