**Descripción y Requisitos**

JOB DEEscrituraION:

- The position is responsible for performing financial analysis to structure reports (Forecasting,
- budgeting, special project analysis, plant cost and expense analysis, etcPerforms overall financial
- support to provide plant and divisional management with accurate and reliable financial data.
- Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- ? Analyze operational financial data, investigate variances, and report their impact on planned
- objectives.
- ? Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data: Material Analysis (prices, usage,
- deviations, consumables, etc.) Overhead Costs analysis (identify variations, trends, etc..)
- ? Perform product cost accounting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data for
- each product line and related reporting in ERP and other systems utilized.
- ? Participate in annual physical inventory and plant cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- and drive root cause analysis to increase precision.
- ? Actively participates on the monthly financial close process, forecast and budget preparation.
- ? Drive process improvements. Drive divisional goals and collaborate with plant cross functional
- teams to advance current processes and procedures with policy development where possible.
- ? Ensure compliance with Sanmina’s accounting and financial policies and Sarbanes-Oxley
- requirements
- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- ? Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or Finance or related field.
- ? Minimum of 5 years’ proven work experience as a Financial Analyst or similar position in a
- manufacturing environment;
- ? Excellent and advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, including advanced Excel functions,
- macros, trend analysis, etc.- /experience is highly desirable.
- ? Knowledge of accounting fundamentals, including forecasting, variance analysis, and
- reconciliations.
- ? Ability to interpret, organize and analyze financial data from multiple sources including
- engineering, operation floor and other areas.
- ? Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate
- with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- ? English language is required (80% proficiency)
