Birdman's Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for translating business strategy into operational plans to support company growth. He/She will be accountable for the best use of resources in order to fulfill market requirements delivering service, quality and on time product.
Birdman's Quality Manager is the owner of the Total Manufacturing Operations and oversees the total production area, maintenance department and engineering.

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager that is well-versed in all aspects of production management within the pharmaceutical and/or food industry, from the planning, execution and improvement perspectives.

Key Resposibilities
- Plan and execute the control activities of the production area in order guarantee quality, integrity and innocuity of the product, as well as our internal KPI´s such as OLE, RFT, and cost.
- Develop strategies to increase actual line efficiency.
- Track and guarantee documental system, including Procedures, instructions, methods and records related with the Quality of the product.
- Manage department Budget, contributing to achieve cost and saving goals for the company.
- Review, track and improve actual process control and indicators related to reduce/ eliminate nonconformities and customer complaints.
- Plan and execute the production plan.
- Analyze long term requirements, evaluate resources and develop strategies to guarantee business continuity and growth.

- **Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer, QFB or a related field. Ideally Master's Degree.**:

- **At least 10 years of proven working experience in manufacturing areas in the food, cosmetic, or pharma industry.**:

- **At least 3 years of experience as Manufacturing Manager in the food, cosmetic or pharma industry.**:

- **Experience in FSCC22000 or ISO quality system implementation.**:

- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**
