**Job Description**:
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced in change management, project management and financial management
- Qualified & experienced trainer
- Excellent Leadership and communication skills
- Track record showing continual improvement of personal skills
- Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to operations
- Results-driven change agent
- Ability to effectively communicate in all media forms and cross-culturally
- Ability to influence all levels of the Jabil organization
- Practices humility and influencing at any level within organization to achieve goals.
- Be expert in lean tools and processes to coordinate and share knowledge on a regional scale

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- At least 10 years of working experience with 7 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma area or related field
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline preferred
- Six Sigma Black Belt certified by recognized organizations in the industry (e.g. ASQ, SME, Shingo Prize)
- Lean Certified Project and facilitation experience in a heavily matrixed environment
- Experience in change management
- Or a combination of education, experience and/or training
