We are seeking an experienced **Lead Java Developer** to boost our software systems involved in the design and implementation of Data Centers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Suggest designs and architectural ideas for components you work on
- Upgrade and refine code to improve efficiency and functionality
- Collaborate with top-tier engineers and product managers
- Keep continuous communication with the client and manage client expectations effectively
- Prioritize delivering high-quality work on schedule with fewer meetings to enhance development time

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 5+ years of experience with Java 8+, JUnit, Mockito, and SQL
- Proficiency in Git or other version control systems
- Competency in developing and integrating software throughout complete system life cycles
- Excellent English communication abilities with experience in client-facing communications
- Self-management and adept prioritization abilities

NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Knowledge of Guice, Protocol Buffers, and Guava
