**Responsibilities**
- Prepare, review, and submit clean claims to insurance companies electronically or by paper
- Verify patient eligibility and insurance benefits
- Handle credentialing and contracting processes with payers and facilities
- Manage prior authorizations for procedures and services
- Follow up on unpaid claims, initiate appeals, and resolve denials
- Maintain accurate records of all billing and insurance activities
**Qualifications**
- **Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required**:
- Proven experience in medical billing, credentialing, and insurance contracting
- Strong knowledge of U.S. insurance plans (Medicare, Medicaid, PPOs, HMOs, etc.)
- Familiarity with multiple medical billing software platforms
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Pay: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
