**Kurzprofil der Funktion**:
- Beobachten der monatlichen Unternehmenskosten anhand eigener Datenauswertungen (GUV/Budget/SAP-Auswertungen/Magnitude)
- Monatliche Datenaufbereitung mit einem vorgegebenen Template der Division (DayOne) - ggf. Division Call
- Kostenanalysen & Beratung für Kostenreduzierungen
- Erstellung des monatlichen Forecasts
- Budgeterstellung & Meetings mit der Division
- Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsführung
- Prozessoptimierungen im Vertriebscontrolling und Entwicklung kreativer Strategien zur Effizienzsteigerung
**Anforderungsprofil**:
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Finance/Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. Qualifikation bzw. Weiterbildung als Controller
- Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Vertriebscontrolling
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenanalyse und Reporting
- Fähigkeit zur verständlichen Darstellung und Vermittlung komplexer Zusammenhänge
- Konzeptionelles und lösungsorientiertes Denkvermögen
- Analytische, detailorientierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicheres Auftreten und ein ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Kommunikationsstärke und eine selbstständige sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Power BI-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil (oder die Bereitschaft für Schulungen um Sales Reports in Power BI darzustellen und mit den Sales Managern Maßnahmen abzuleiten)
- Sichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
