**Enablement Data Programmer**

**Responsibilities**
- Through data analytics, help Enablement team and stakeholders to identify trends in quality results that can be translated into opportunities for process improvement and decision making.
- Demonstrates strong software engineering skills, strong command of algorithms and data structures.
- Build predictive models enabling the anticipation of decisions.
- Improve/ implement formal data practices across the organization.
- Familiarity with modern databases (Oracle, Redshift, API).
- Understands how data can be connected to provide solutions to TPD Mexico.
- Initiates collaborative teams to provide a variety of scenarios/solutions to problems that are broad in scope and could have an enterprise-wide impact.
- Lead implementation of new technologies for the development and maintenance of a cohesive data strategy that allow automation and digitalization of our processes, aligned with regional and global efforts.
- Creates reports and presentations which promote solid interpretation and effective communication.
- Distilling commonality in datasets and on charge TPD Mx infrastructure.
- Develops solutions that will support efforts in the future, utilizing industry trends and internal best practices to help stakeholders understand what is possible in terms of solutions.

**Who you are**
- BS Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science/ Engineering, Information Systems or related areas
- Knowlege on SQL and programming languages like Python or R Experience on AWS and other cloud computing technologies and platforms.
- At least three years of experience as a programmer/ analyst/ data management in a technical or scientific environment.
- Self-starter able to work without daily supervision and be comfortable with ambiguity to drive results.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs in Quality Testing keeping the customer focus and driving results.
- Great communication and lead through influence skills.
- Fluent English level
