El Gerente Sénior de Procesamiento Comercial y de Efectivo es un rol intermedio a cargo de garantizar que se procesen las transacciones de manera correcta y puntual, en coordinación con el equipo de Servicios de Transacciones. El objetivo general es administrar las operaciones diarias para lograr una unidad más grande de Operaciones Comerciales y de Efectivo, compuesta de múltiples equipos que realicen tareas relacionadas. **Responsabilidades**: - Supervisar operaciones diarias para múltiples equipos y varios supervisores de unidad y asegurarse de que los equipos cumplan con las expectativas de calidad y desempeño. - Administrar la asignación de recursos de personal y ayudar con el desarrollo y supervisión del presupuesto. - Resolver problemas complejos y altamente variables con impacto departamental significativo. - Evaluar el desempeño y hacer recomendaciones de capacitación/desarrollo, para pagar aumentos, contratación, desvinculación y otras acciones de personal. - Garantizar que se sigan los procedimientos esenciales y contribuir con la definición de estándares de flujo de trabajo. - Contribuir a los objetivos de toda la función de Servicios de Transacciones. **Calificaciones**: - Entre 6 y 10 años de experiência en un rol de nível jerárquico alto relacionado, con experiência en administración y operaciones comerciales y de efectivo. - Experiência comprobada en creación e implementación de procesos que mejoren el desempeño comercial. - Eficientes habilidades analíticas y de comunicación verbal y escrita. **Educación**: - Licenciatura/título universitario, preferentemente maestría. La descripción de este puesto proporciona una revisión de alto nível de los tipos de trabajos realizados. Se pueden asignar otras obligaciones laborales según sea necesario. Escolaridad Licenciatura terminada en Administración, Ing. Industrial o a fin.
