Sales Operations Director

**Responsibilities**:

- forecasting: partner with the NA President of Sales and his teams to accurately drive and predict business for the current and next quarters.
- pipeline management: support the business cadence, ensuring sufficient coverage is reached for the future.
- yearly planning: partner with the NA sales leader to establish the financial plan, resource deployment, and quota setting for the teams for the year to come.
- business analytics: provide business insights for quarterly business reviews and other ad-hoc initiatives.
- business support: partner with Finance, HR, Sales Compensation, etc. to tactically cover all needs that arise from the business.
- people management: Direct a team of high-level individual contributors that support the various sales territories. Responsible for talent management and succession planning.
- policies: Develops overall sales operations policies and goals in consultation with senior management.

**Education and Experience**
First-level university degree required; advanced university degree preferred.
Typically 12+ years of experience in a business related function, preferably sales, finance, or accounting
Experienced in managing large teams and/or organizations.
Knowledge and Skills
Superior communication skills includes verbal, written, and presentation forms; negotiation, and influence skills. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
Advanced finance skills and ability to budget.
Ability to set, measure, and manage multiple teams’ performance.
Exceptional financial and business acumen; in-depth business and industry knowledge.
Strong leadership and staff development and engagement skills and ability to build partnerships across various functions.
