International Company from the Manufacture industry is looking for its new Sr. Financial Accounting Supervisor
**Your new role**
As Sr. Financial Accounting Supervisor your main responsibilities will be:
- Oversee, direct and coordinate daily financial accounting transactions, including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entry and account reconciliation for multiple entities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, identify control risks and provide effective solutions
- Continuously optimize process efficiency and strengthen relevant control
- Review trial balances and provide flux analysis during month end close. Develop and review MEC documentation by the team
- Provide leadership and opportunities for professional growth and development for the financial accounting team.
- Ensure compliance to internal controls (SOX) and ISO, support audit plan and implementation of recommendations.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Familiar with MX localisation rules in accounting processes
- 6 - 10 year experience within Accounting areas
- English Level - Bilingual
- Direct experience with SAP (4HANA ideal) and Excel proficient
- Change Management mindset, excellent communication skills, readiness to learn and change
