IT Project Manager

We’re searching for an experienced and highly driven IT Project Manager who can lead our team in a successful path with industry’s best practices. In this role your will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring that all deadlines are met and our team has everything they need to complete every project.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage IT staff, communicating job expectations and monitoring performance.
- Generate performance reports and project updates for internal and external review.
- Coordinate technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Assure all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable timelines, codes, laws and industry regulations.
- Oversee along with the IT Manager, the annual IT budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor daily operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Remain up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices.

**Qualifications & Competences**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, computer science, software engineering, or relevant field
- Proven experience in managing an IT team.
- +2 years in IT Project Management or similar position.
- Strong technical problem solving and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including server, office, and exchange.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Negotiation and conflict management skills

**Salary**: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
