**Requisitos Indispensables**
- **5 años de experiência** comprobada como Contract Manager.
- Experiência específica en **centrales térmicas** y proyectos de energía.
- Título universitario en **Derecho**:
- Disponibilidad para **residir en San Luis Potosí.**
**Cualidades Deseables**
- Liderazgo y habilidades de negociación con equipos multiculturales.
- Capacidad analítica para evaluar riesgos contractuales y financieros.
- Atención rigurosa al detalle en la revisión de términos y cláusulas.
- Resolución proactiva de problemas y disputas contractuales.
**Responsabilidades Clave**
- Gestión integral del contrato en todas sus fases: oferta, ejecución y cierre.
- Identificación y mitigación de riesgos contractuales, financieros y legales.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento normativo y de políticas internas.
- Gestión de modificaciones y enmiendas contractuales.
- Resolución de disputas y reclamaciones.
- Reporte y monitoreo continuo del rendimiento contractual.

Sueldo: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mes
