Customer Service Representative

**NO HOME OFFICE POSITION**
**NOTA**: Receptionist duties will be performed.
- Process and manage customer’s orders entering it in the system and making a daily follow up with each department to secure the lead time that the customer is requested.
- Be in communication to check the lead times deliveries of the orders and inform any delays to customer.
- Addresses product or service problems with customers.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes pushing the inventory and sales per month to approach the monthly target.
- Contributes with the team effort while accomplishing company goals and objectives.
- Any other activity assigned by the lead of the department.
**EXPERIENCE**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- English fluency and written.
- 3 years’ minimum as an experience.
**Profile skills**
- Good attitude.
- Proactive and leadership.
- Ease of speech, negotiation skills, creative person.
- Basic math, analytics and computer’s skills required.
