Confie in Tijuana is hiring Bilingual Interpreters
Confie is a shared service center, originally from the United States, mainly in the areas of California, Nevada, and Arizona. Its clients are primarily insurance companies in the vehicle and medical sectors, each with more than 60 lines of business. Some examples are Freeway, One Source, Bluefire, and over the years, we have grown and acquired more companies such as SCRAM, First Acceptance, Assured Health, among others.
We are an extension of this business located in Tijuana. This past year, we have grown from 1,500 employees to over 1,800, and we even have plans to open another site in Mexico.
**Position**: Customer Service/Claims Representative
Gather all the needed details of a loss for initial review of adjuster. Escalate follow up calls from parties involved in accident to adjuster and assist with updates to claim. Assist adjusters with statement translation for claim investigation.
Job responsibilities and functions
1. File first notice of loss into system for claim reported.
2. Claim Status
Provide all parties with claim handler information and contact expectations. Update system with new information and properly triage caller escalation to claims adjuster/supervisor.
3. Translation
Translate updates to claim between adjuster and claim party. Assist with translation of statement for property damage, bodily injury, and possible fraudulent claims.Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 4:00 pm

**Requirements**:
Fluent in both conversational English and Spanish (B2)
Basic computer skills
Must have all required Mexican documentation
