CBRE is seeking a highly organized and driven **Procurement Sr. Associate (Buyer)** to join our dynamic team in Mexico. This is a critical role focused on leading and managing our supplier enablement processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience, and optimizing our supplier relationships.

**In this role, you will**:

- **Spearhead Supplier Enablement**: Lead end-to-end supplier onboarding, including due diligence (regulatory, fiscal, legal compliance, and risk assessment), ensuring all requirements are met.
- **Master Coupa**: Manage supplier sessions within Coupa, resolve escalations, and provide training to internal clients and suppliers on system usage.
- **Manage & Maintain Supplier Data**: Oversee supplier registration, maintain accurate procurement databases, and ensure data integrity.
- **Ensure Fiscal & Regulatory Compliance**: Collaborate with Accounts Payable to support supplier fiscal compliance in Mexico and resolve related issues.
- **Generate Reports & Provide Insights**: Analyze reports to support procurement insights and compliance.
- **Provide Excellent Support**: Offer prompt and customer-focused responses to both internal and external inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, ideally with a focus on supplier enablement.
- A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in procurement systems like Coupa, Ariba, or SAP and strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- **Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is required.**:
