**Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are**:

- Release the product and production process assigned in a correct way and in time, keeping accordance to work instructions and procedures defined.
- Execute the quality technician routine INA-F-RH-0020 in a daily basis.
- Organize and record the containments applied to finish product in case necessary. Ensure all no conforming product be identified and segregate correctly for disposal.
- Make, spread, control and preserve the quality alerts determined from customer complaints and the additional defined by the process quality leader less than 24 hours from notification.
- Ensure than certifications marks established in production line are in place
- Ensure the movement of the finish good material in status on hold physically and in system to I500 location to inspect it and determine if is according specifications.
- Participate in improvement ideas program constantly, at least 1 idea per month
- Participate in problem solving analysis for parts returned by customers together the assurance quality engineer, ensure in all moment the material not be mixed with good parts.
- Give support to customer production plants in case of containments.
- Collect and send evidence related destructive tests and/or functional defined to validate the product integrity and determine the fulfillment of specifications.
- Leadership / Participate in the failure preliminary analysis in parallel with supplier quality technician, maintenance technician, manufacturing technician and production leader to solve the internal problems from the production line using the problem solving tools available (A3)
- Generate internal notifications due no conforming product or process made incorrectly to supplier quality, production and logistic areas.
- Escalate the problems after 30 minutes unsolved to process quality engineer with a preliminary analysis done to ensure the fast response to production line and avoid unnecessary stop lines.
- Collect necessary data to make statistical analysis to continuous improvement of the product and process.
- Participate in customer and systems audits (IATF, 14001, 45001, CTPAT, CCAP, VDA 6,3, Q1, BIQs, TRL´s, product audit) required by organization.
