Your tasks
- Operations Manager overall job is to oversee all supply and distribution matters.
- He/she is in charge of monitoring the movement of products and services, as to ensure they are delivered on schedule, meeting customer requirements, and at a reasonable rate. Operations Manager may also manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance standards.
- Develops and maintains detailed product inventories. Analyzes current inventories and procedures, suggests improvements to increase supply chain efficiency and profitability for the company.
- Ensuring operations in the department are implemented based on established procedures; in compliance with corporate policies and guidelines and with relevant laws and regulations. Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated and followed by his/her team.

**Profile**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director role.
- English: Advanced
- Skills:

- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, logistics, procurement, inventory management, and demand planning.
- Knowledge on industry standards, business operations and regulatory requirements
- Excellent negotiation, communication, capable of taking decisions, work in autonomous way and networking skills.
- Ability to lead, influence, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Personal Attributes:

- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, logistics, procurement, inventory management, and demand planning.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on efficiency and cost reduction.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- High level of integrity, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
