Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
- Master degree or specialization studies in corporate finance, auditing or business management may be a plus.
- 5 years of experience as Controller/Finance Manager
- 10 years of - Experience in the financial area, preferably in financial control, accounting, auditing or financial analysis roles within the manufacturing industry.
- Bilingual English / Spanish.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a must.
- Knowledge of production costing, inventory management, financial planning and budgetary control in the specific context of manufacturing.
- Experience working with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, especially those used in the manufacturing industry, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience with cost control and analysis, financial reporting.
- Experience with tax and accounting regulations.
