**The team for you to join**
- You will be joining the Applications Team, also you will be located in Mexico City. We all chip in when and where it is needed, have a flat structure but high standards, enjoy a good laugh and a pragmatic and operational approach to supporting our agenda. We love to learn and genuinely find our purpose and passion in Oterra.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Chemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Food Engineering and Chemical Engineering
- Previous experience in experimental lab, research institute, or the food and beverage industry (desirable/not mandatory)

**What would your role look like?**
- Inventory management and control (raw materials and decolorant samples)
- Sample shipment and request
- Development and monitoring of procedures
- Stability tracking (laboratory equipment management)
- Support in customer projects
- Weighing of raw materials (macro and micro ingredients)
- Laboratory organization

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Languages Required: English (intermediate)
