Role Description:
We are seeking a detail oriented Release Manager to join our Release Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect release deployment maintenance information from multiple sources e g ECRs
- Jira written updates and consolidate into the master release calendar
- Monitor the status of planned releases and keep the release calendar up to date
- Generate and distribute weekly reports on release management activities
- Work closely with teams to ensure timely resolution of tasks and issues related to upcoming releases
- Act as a point of contact for both internal and external vendor stakeholders regarding release related inquiries
- Maintain accurate and organized records of release documentation including release plans change requests and post release evaluations
- Identify and report potential risks and issues related to release management e g release contention collaborating across teams to develop mitigation strategies or reschedule releases
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of release management practices

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of release management software development lifecycle and enterprise change control processes

Tool:

- proficiency Jira Confluence including report creation
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced dynamic environment
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges
