As a SR. MARKETING MANAGER, you will be responsible for the Marketing strategy for B2B channels and medium volume sales

**Key Responsibilities**
- Leading of segmented communication strategy for different audiences with specialized messages distributed in ATL, BTL and digital media.
- Mapping and improvement of the customer journey, understanding the different points of contact of professional B2B and medium-volume clients.
- Strategies for relationships and links with the key players in the industry, both chambers and associations, government institutions, as well as corporations, private companies and dealers.
- Own different projects such as: Generation of tools that help improve processes, linkage with strategic areas, loyalty club consolidation, product line launches, among others.
- May develop business plan for team/group operations including budget development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Marketing, International business, Industrial Engineering or related
- +5 years of experience in activities mentioned above
- English speaker at advance level
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office mainly Excel at advanced level and Power Point.
- Knowledge desirable in CRM
- Skills: Strategical and analytical thinking, communication, teamwork, proactive, conflicts resolution, energy and hands-on.
